I’m a one-woman operation and I read everything. I’m just a working mom, so “fast” is a relative term.
Whether you burned your first batch of lacto-fermented vegetables (it happens, and I will not judge you), you have a partnership idea that doesn’t involve describing anything as effortless, or you just want to say hi — this is the place.
I don’t do sponsored content that requires me to pretend something is easier than it is. I do respond to real questions, genuine collaboration pitches, and the occasional “is this normal?” from someone standing in their kitchen with a jar of something bubbling.

Can I submit a recipe to be featured?
Not at the moment — every post here is rooted in something I’ve personally made and photographed. That said, I love hearing what’s working in your kitchen, so send it anyway.
Do you accept sponsored posts?
Selectively. If it’s a product I’d use anyway and the brand is comfortable with me writing about it exactly as it actually works — including the part where something went sideways — then yes, let’s talk.
Can I republish or share your content?
A link is always welcome. Reproducing full posts is a no — but reach out if you’d like to quote something or collaborate on something new. That’s usually a better outcome for everyone.
I tried something and it didn’t work. What now?
Tell me. Genuinely. That feedback is how the posts get better, and I’d rather know about it than have you silently wonder if it’s your fault. (It’s usually not.)
Are you available for podcasts or speaking?
Occasionally, depending on the topic and timing. Use the form and include a bit of context. I’ll tell you honestly if I’m the right fit.
What if I don’t hear back?
It means either my kids needed something, something was fermenting, or your message ended up in a filter. Wait a week and try again — I’d rather you nudge me than assume I ignored you.
